The course will briefly introduce Oxford Nanopore Technologies, and the principles of nanopore sequencing and the ARTIC workflow. After these introductory videos it will become more focussed on walking you through the ARTIC process, from selecting the right protocol for your experiment to sample preparations, sequencing and analysis. The sequencing section, will demonstrate how to load a flow cell and setup and assess your sequencing run. In the analysis section you will understand the ARTIC analysis workflow, files and formats, and how this is possible with a range of tools, and additional anaysis options. The lessons are a mixture of slides and demonstrations which are relevant to all of our sequencing platforms, but are focussed on the MinION and GridION platforms (the minION Mk1B is used for relevant demonstrations).
