Make sure the contents of the Flush Buffer (FB) and Flush Tether (FLT) tubes are fully defrosted. Mix the tubes by pipetting up and down, and then spin down in a microfuge.

Transfer 30 µl of Flush Tether (FLT) directly into one of the Flush Buffer (FB) tubes.

Mix the contents of the tube by flicking the tube with your finger and then spin down briefly in a microfuge.
